The CP14-M series is a family of 1.4 A micro Peltier modules with compact 7.6 mm x 6 mm packages and profiles as low as 1.95 mm. Featuring a temperature delta of 77°C, precise temperature control, and reliable solid-state construction, these micro thermoelectric modules are ideal for a range of space-constrained applications where forced air cooling is not an option.
